Your Order Cancellation Rights
Any Goods you purchase can only be returned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Our Returns Policy. Our Returns Policy forms a part of these Terms and Conditions. Please read our Returns Policy to learn more about your right to cancel Your Order.
Refund Policy Initiating Your Return
- For MR LANGFORD Account Holders: You may request a new return label directly through your MR LANGFORD account within our dedicated return portal.
For Guests: If you don't yet have an MR LANGFORD account, you can simply reach out to our Customer Care Team at customercare@mrlangford.com to initiate your refund or return request. Our team is always here to ensure your experience is bespoke and seamless.
Return Conditions
- Your right to cancel an order applies only to Goods returned in the same condition as You received them. Goods that are damaged or not in the same condition as You received them or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. We kindly ask you to take reasonable care of purchased Goods while in your possession.
Refund Processing
- We will reimburse You within 10 working days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods.
Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method You used for the Order, incurring no fees for You.
